Critical thinking is a manner of thinking that employs curiosity, creativity, skepticism, analysis, and logic. Students worked in groups to solve the puzzles given to them. Through the activity of solving puzzles in a group, students learned to think analytically and logically to find solutions. They developed strategies, tested assumptions, and made connections between different pieces of information. They learned to evaluate different options, consider the consequences of their choices, and make informed decisions, thereby developing their decision-making abilities. Students learned to look for minute clues, identify important information, and avoid distractions, enhancing their observational skills and becoming more attentive and focused learners. They worked together, shared ideas, and communicated effectively, fostering teamwork and productive discussions. Group work promoted critical thinking by encouraging diverse perspectives, peer learning, and conflict resolution skills.
