Work shop for students held on stress management, dated on 05/08/2024, Monday for the students of class 11th and 12th Science and Commerce students. The points covered are defining stress, types of strees, identifying early signs of stress, symptoms of stress, effects of stress, how to manage stress, how to prevent strees and what are the difficulties we face to implement stress management techniques. Stress is a natural physical and mental response to a perceived threat or demand. It's a normal part of life, and everyone experiences stress at some point. When we encounter a stressful situation, our body's "fight or flight" response is triggered, releasing stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. These hormones prepare our body to either confront the situation or flee from it. |
