Std 1 IH Pretend & Speak Competition (Dated: 18-01-2025)

Pretend play (also known as dramatic play or role play) is critical for developing oral language. Researchers discovered that children engaged in pretend play often use higher forms of language than they would use in normal situations. Students were ready for Competition. They Pretended to be different things & characters like saffron, Spiderman, chocolate , cakes , wafers etc. Through this activity they get practice articulating their thoughts, clearly and effectively. They learn to use gestures, facial expressions and posture to enhance their message. They learn how to present themselves poise and assurance. Students of Class 1 excellently presented themselves.
