Body flexibility and balancing tasks are essential for students' overall physical development and can be incorporated into a fun and engaging way! They perform many activities like book balancing, passing the ball hand to hand , balancing the ball with the paper, stood on one peg like a pose of tree and pass the ball and so on. Most of the students were able to perform the activities and maintain the balance while some were faced struggle to maintain the balance. The main objective behind this activity is to assess and improve students’ body flexibility and balancing skills through various tasks and activities. This type of activities was a fun and engaging way to promote physical fitness and coordination. Students enjoyed the challenges and opportunities to improve their skills. The activity also fostered team work and communication among students. The activity was conducted on 20th July 2024, Saturday on Body flexibility and balancing tasks for the students of grade- 2. |
