Std 7 Vocational Training Stitches & Embroidary (Dated: 04-01-2025)
Embroidery is taught as a vocational course for Class 7 students to enhance creativity and fine motor skills. The objective is to introduce students to traditional and modern embroidery techniques, fostering artistic expression and patience. Through hands-on practice, students learn various stitches, fabric handling, and designing. This activity not only develops craftsmanship but also promotes cultural appreciation and lays the foundation for entrepreneurial skills. 4th January 2025 was the third session of Class 7 for Stitches and Embroidery. Importance of handwork explained and students were demonstrated for the. “Ambala and Sankli” stitches practice given. Students participated enthusiastically. They took interest and tried very well.
