Balance is an essential foundational skill, and there are many fun activities that can assist our kids or students in developing it. Such activities are crucial for young children as they promote the development of gross motor skills, which are essential for everyday tasks such as walking, running, and playing. Additionally, these activities stimulate the vestibular system, which is responsible for maintaining balance and spatial orientation. Learning how to balance also helps children to improve their concentration, coordination, and confidence. Grade 1 Students had fun while learningvarious balancing activities like balancing on the brick, passing the hoola-hoop, hopscotch etc. during their club activity. |
