Class 2 Body Flexibility & Balancing (Dated: 24-01-2026)

On Saturday, 24th January 2026 the students of Class 2 enthusiastically participated in a body balancing and flexibility activity during their club periods. The students performed simple physical exercises, stretching movements and flexibility drills under proper guidance. The objective of this activity was to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and overall fitness among the students. It also aimed to develop coordination, balance, discipline, concentration and healthy exercise habits at an early age.
