Class 4 Visualising Idioms & Proverbs (Dated: 03-01-2026)

Understanding Idioms help students better comprehend stories, poems and other texts where these expressions commonly appear. It expands a student's linguistic toolkit allowing for more expressive communication. During their club activity students of class 4 attended an informative session on Idioms and Proverbs where they learnt about what Idioms are, different kinds of idioms and their usage. Post their session students were divided into different groups. Each group was given flashcards where they had to match the idioms with their actual meanings. After this activity they were given worksheets with MCQ's and information about some more idioms which can be used by them in future for effective communication. This session was an enriching learning experience for them.
