Class 6 Educational Excursion Patan Modhera (Dated: 27-11-2025)

Students of class 6 went on an Educational Excursion to Patan, Modhera- Heritage Site.This Excursion provided students with opportunities to learn about something new and explore their deep knowledge about Rani ki Vav, Sun Temple, Zainabad, Nadabet and Swaminarayan temple in that area. On Day 1, upon reaching Patan after Lunch they visited Regional Science Centre and in the evening had camp fun. On Day 2, they visited Rani ki Vav where children got to know that the photo on Rs 100 note is of Rani ki Vav. Then post lunch they visited Nadabet Indo- Pak border where they were thrilled to see the parade and museum of border security force. On Day 3, they left for Patdi and on their way they visited Modhera Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Post lunch children were thrilled with the experience of the jungle safari to Wild Ass Sanctuary.They also visited the Swaminarayan temple in that area. On Day 4 they visited the Salt Factory where they were shown how salt is prepared. Children were allowed to take a few salt crystals with them as a memory. With this trip they explored the world beyond their books, gained valuable knowledge, skills and formed memories that will last a lifetime.
