Class 8 Media Awareness- News Channel-II (Dated: 27-12-2025)

A Media Awareness activity was organised for the students of class 8 to provide them a better understanding of news content creation. Each class was divided into six different groups. Each group was given a topic where they had to prepare news reporting for the same. Topics like live news coverage from an accident site, discussions on IPL cricket, news about recent elections etc were given. The aim of the activity was to teach them basic journalism skills, giving them an understanding of how news content is created and made more interesting by reporters to keep the viewers hooked to their screens. During this activity students were more civically engaged, they discussed current events, seek out different types of news and presented their prepared content creatively using paper mikes and paper cameras.
