Class 8 Media Awareness- News Channel-I (Dated: 20-12-2025)

A workshop was organised for students of class 8 on Media Awareness- News Channels I. This workshop helped them to understand the role of news channels emphasizing the importance of news in our daily life. It aimed to create awareness about how news is collected, verified, produced and presented to the public. It also encouraged students to become responsible viewers and develop critical thinking. It motivated students to follow news with an aim to gain valuable knowledge about local and global issues and their impact on society. Children also understood how to differentiate between fake news and facts. Such workshops play an important role in developing informed, responsible and aware citizens.
