Gender Sensitivity Value Building Class-3 (Dated: 05-07-2025) The workshop on Gender sensitivity was conducted for class 3 during the club activity. The main objectives of gender sensitivity training for kids are to foster awareness and understanding of gender equality, challenge gender stereotypes and promote respectful and inclusive behaviour among children. This training aims to create a positive environment where all children feel valued and respected, regardless of their gender. It helps them to analyse real-life situations to understand how gender biases get manifested and how to address them. This training help kids develop a deeper understanding of gender-related issues and challenge their own biases.
